Author
1. You confirm you are the original author of every article submitted by yourself. If a ghost writer is used then you confirm you have exclusive rights to each of their articles submitted.
2. Articles are not guaranteed to be accepted for publication in the directory. An article is published at the sole discretion of the directory owners and articles may be removed at any time.
3. The directory owners reserve the right to re-categorise an article should it be deemed to have been submitted in the wrong category.
4. By submitting articles to articlesbasecamp.com you are agreeing to allow us to:
a. Publish your article on articlesbasecamp.com and any of its partners
b. Publish your article via RSS which other websites can syndicate
c. Publish your article in any of our newsletters
5. You agree that articlesbasecamp.com is a free of charge service for both authors and publishers. There is no remuneration given for submitting articles nor having them published.
6. You will be credited fully for the work and your resource box will be retained.
7. You agree not to include affiliate links in the article body.
8. The site owners reserve the right to amend these terms of service at any time. Such changes will be notified via articlesbasecamp.com
9. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.

Publisher
1. The content “Article Source: http://www.articlesbasecamp.com” must not be removed from each and any article you decide to publish.
2. Respect the copyright of each author whose work you plan to publish. This includes, but is not restricted to, the resource box and links provided by the author.
3. The article must not be changed, edited or reworded in anyway if you are not the original author.
4. You agree that hyperlinks are retained intact and operational as originally created by the author.
5. You confirm that articles obtained via articlesbasecamp.com will never be used for any form of “spam” or unsolicited mail activity.
6. You agree that articles will not be published on any site containing illegal material, including but not restricted to hate, racism, pornography and “warez”.
7. No article obtained through articlesbascamp.com shall be sold, rented, leased or otherwise used for profit, either individually or within a compilation, without the written consent of the author.
