Rockies Management Promptly Thanks Taveras & De la Rosa Great Actions

The Dominican Willy Taveras and Mexican De la Rosa performances were just outstanding and certainly game the Colorado Rockies an unexpected push.

Taveras stole five bases, the best record in his career, the Mexican Jorge De la Rosa played his best MLB game while the Rockies cut a record of nine consecutive triumphs at home after defeating Chicago White Sox 2-0 on Saturday.

Despite some Rockies players not being able to bat the team managed to win. Taveras could just not score in spite of his five stole bases. The Dominican reached 29 cushions in 31 intents this season, the best number in the National League and only five less than his previous record from last season.

"It was a harsh game and I had a pair of opportunities and when I got them, I went for the bases", said Taveras. "I always get a good chance when I am me in the run position ".
